For the purpose of enhancing knowledge about our industry and encouraging its development, the PASA Authorities have now decided to make the Glossary available to the general public that visits our web site.

The Glossary of Surety Terms was conceived for sureties, contractors, intermediaries, beneficiaries, and reinsurers. It aims to provide generally accepted and widely applicable definitions of the key surety concepts, focusing mainly on contract bonds.

The Dictionary is bilingual and provides (a) definitions (b) synonyms and (c) links to defined terms.
